SERVICE
HALIOS Watches is committed to providing best-in-class after-sales service and support. A 7-day inspection period is offered on each new watch to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. To protect your investment, your HALIOS timepiece is covered by a twenty-four (24) month limited international warranty effective from the date of purchase.
We partner with a number of independent workshops around the world to provide service locations that are the most convenient for our Halios owners. We are also open to working with local service shops that you trust.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty covers manufacturing and materials defects, but does not cover:
- › Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental impact (including but not limited to scratches, chipping of the crystal or wearing of PVD coatings)
- › Unauthorized repair or modification work
- › Bracelets or accessories
- › Water infiltration due to failure to secure screw-down crowns or submergence at depths exceeding the rated water-resistance
- › Please note that we do not sell or make available spare components for the purpose of modifying a watch into something other than its original configuration
