HALIOS Watches is committed to providing uncompromising after-sales service and support. We offer a 7-day inspection period on each new watch to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. To protect your investment, your HALIOS timepiece is covered by a twelve (12) month limited international warranty effective from the date of purchase.
We partner with a number of independent workshops in the US, the UK, the Netherlands, Hong Kong and Eastern Canada to provide service locations that are the most convenient for our customers in the event of a warranty or service incident. In some cases, we’ll require that the watch be returned to us in Vancouver, Canada. We are also open to working with competent shops that are local to you, should you know of one.
Exclusions
The warranty covers manufacturing and materials defects, but does not cover:
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental impact (including but not limited to scratches, chipping of the crystal or wearing of PVD coatings)
- Unauthorized repair or modification work
- Bracelets or accessories
- Water infiltration due to failure to secure screw-down crowns or submergence at depths exceeding the rated water-resistance
